🍞 Baking in the Moment — Bread Box Subscription Terms

Welcome to the Baking in the Moment Bread Box Subscription! By subscribing, you agree to the terms below so we’re both on the same page (and your bread always makes it safely to your door).

1. What’s Included

Each subscription box contains:

- 2 artisan sourdough loaves (rotating flavors, baker’s choice)

- ½ dozen bagels (rotating flavors)

- 1 sweet treat (cookies, brownies, sticky buns, or seasonal surprise)

Family-size upgrades include double everything (4 loaves, 1 dozen bagels, 2 sweet treats).

Flavors rotate weekly. Special requests may not be available, but I promise variety and quality.

2. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically every 4 weeks through Shopify.

Weekly plan = 4 deliveries per cycle.

Bi-weekly plan = 2 deliveries per cycle.

Monthly plan = 1 delivery per cycle.

Payments are final and non-refundable once billed.

It’s your responsibility to keep your payment info up-to-date.

3. Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions are month-to-month.

Minimum order value is $30 per week equivalent.

You can cancel anytime after your current billing cycle ends.

4. Pausing, Skipping, or Canceling

You can skip, pause, or cancel through your customer portal.

Changes must be made before your payment .

If you skip or cancel after that time, you’ll still be charged and your bread will be baked.

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery available within a 50 mile radius 

Delivery fee: $5

Deliveries are porch drop unless otherwise arranged.

Please leave a cooler or box outside if you won’t be home.

Once bread is delivered to the address provided, Baking in the Moment is not responsible for theft, spoilage, or damage.

6. Allergens & Cottage Food Disclaimer

All products contain wheat and may contain milk, eggs, or nuts depending on the week.

Products are not allergen-free.

Required notice: Made in a home kitchen under Texas Cottage Food Law. Not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

7. Refunds & Credits

No cash refunds are offered.

Skipped boxes = a credit toward your next cycle, not a refund.

If I ever miss a delivery due to my error, you’ll receive a credit or re-delivery at no cost.

8. Agreement
